Shrikhand Recipe | Kesar Elaichi Shrikhand

Shrikhand is a traditional Indian sweet made with hung curd and flavored with saffron and cardamom. Shrikhand is very popular in western Indian states of maharashtra and Gujarat. In both Maharashtrian and Gujarati weddings, shrikhand is served in the thali meal. You will also see, Shrikhand being served in the thali meals in restaurants.

3 cups Thick Curd (Not Sour)
few strands of Saffron
1 tbsp Milk - hot
2/3 cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
1/2 cup Milk Powder
1/4 cup Dryfruits - chopped
Pistachios - grated (for decoration)
