Ingredients for this Recipe
1 pork whole leg (trotter)
1big onion
2 medium tomato
1 big bulbs of garlic
3 green chilli
Ginger
8 dry red chilli
3Tbs mustard oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1Tbs red chilli powder
Salt according to your taste
Coriander leaves for garnish
