AMD AM5 - How to Apply Thermal Paste - Ryzen 9 7950X

 @AMD  had changed things up from AM4 to AM5, and now applying thermal paste can't be as Willy Nilly as before. Some thought should be put into what kind of thermal compound you want to use and how to properly apply it.

Here I show you how I apply a CPU cooler to an AM5 processor. This is applicable for air coolers, AIOs, custom water cooling, and sub ambient cooling (but those doing sub ambient have more to do).
