Food #10: CHICKEN TERIYAKI | STIR-FRIED vegetables ala TOKYO TOKYO (quick and easy recipe)

Описание к видео Food #10: CHICKEN TERIYAKI | STIR-FRIED vegetables ala TOKYO TOKYO (quick and easy recipe)

Many believe that Teriyaki originated in Japan during the 17th century as a cooking technique where meat, usually chicken, is broiled or grilled and brushed with a combination of soy sauce, sugar and mirin. It eventually made its way to the United States in the 1960's with the mushrooming of Japanese restaurants.
It is actually a simple recipe with ingredients that is easily found in your kitchen. Pair this with a bowl of warm white rice and off you go to OISHI land.
