Paralenz Scuba Camera: Bankrupt?

Today's video we're going to talk about what is going on with the paralenz camera company. I own a paralenz camera and I have recently tried to get it service for the support team and it seems that the recent email I got stated they are going bankrupt.

I have messaged the global marketing coordinator many times prior and it is always been a personalized email reply to me, but this time it was addressed dear sender which made me raise my eyebrow a little bit.

This is the context of the email that I received:

Dear Sender,

It is with regret that we inform you that Paralenz has filed for
bankruptcy.

For curator questions and queries around your camera repair and general
support, please contact lawyer Christina Andersen from Horten: [email protected].
Thank you.

We are working very hard on a solution for us to restart the company.
However, we are not able to confirm anything at the moment, but we will keep
you informed once we know more about the situation.

We thank you for your support and patience.
