What’s behind the controversy over ‘scam’ in AAP's flagship project- Mohalla Clinics in Delhi?

The Lieutenant Governor of Delhi VK Saxena has recommended a CBI probe into the allegations of malpractices by doctors and staff at Delhi government’s flagship scheme Mohalla Clinics and thousands of thousands of fake laboratory tests.

Sources in the L-G’s office told ThePrint that the alleged irregularities came to light during random monitoring of mohalla clinics in August last year and there were two layers of irregularities in the functioning of mohalla clinics.
