This track allowed me to stretch my legs in "choir" mixing. There is a lot of singing in this song, so I'm getting to get more practice at that. Getting all the layers to feel big was a fantastic challenge and one I think I did a decent job at. It's not perfect, but is solid enough to share.

1. Why do you make these videos?
Answer: To get better at mixing and mastering vocals, including my own. In the process, practice singing and screaming. I feel my talent makes me a solid metal vocalist, but I need to work on my singing. This channel helps me do that!

2. Is this one vocal take?
Answer: No, unless I say otherwise on the thumbnail, title or description. And to be clear, even if it was one vocal take, I'd still mix it and add layers. I am not the YouTuber who's trying to prove how good l am live, I'm trying to get better at recording and mixing. Sometimes the track you see me doing has been chopped up and used in pieces while I may have over-dubbed other parts to make the recording better. My goal is to make a "perfect as possible" recording that I would use on an album. I think I'm finally capable of that, but I still want to get better.

3. How did you remove the original vocals from the song?
Answer: Good question! I use a program called "Ultimate Vocal Remover" on my Windows PC to separate the instrumental from the vocals. I even get help from a YouTuber called Digital Split who helps me with some tracks. Check Digital Split out here:    / Канал
