Title:
The POWDER platform: CI for mobile and wireless research

Abstract:
This talk will describe the POWDER platform, a remotely accessible research infrastructure in Salt Lake City, Utah. POWDER is part for NSF PAWR program. The talk will describe the platform and how it is being used for mobile and wireless research, development and testing, and then dwell on "lessons learned" related to the design and realization of a complex research facility.
