Our 1970's Clubhouse needs to be completely rewired to ensure it meets modern building regulations and remains safe, warm and welcoming.

Who are we?
We are a Community Amateur Sports Club with almost 300 members running two senior, and six age grade rugby teams as well as Minis and Micros, plus two senior and one junior cricket team. We coach 100's of young rugby and cricket players each year and act as a social hub for our supporters, former players and the local community. Our playing fields host Helensburgh's Highland Games as well as hockey, netball, football and athletics events. The Clubhouse is a hive of social and community activities including Quiz nights, Navy Homecoming events, music nights and birthday parties.

How we’ll spend the money raised
We need to replace the electrical consumer units throughout our Clubhouse and Changing Rooms, rewiring the entire building, installing emergency safety lighting, replacing external security lighting with LED lights and ensure we have fully integrated smoke detection and fire alarms systems. The upgrade will future proof our Clubhouse for the next twenty or so years protecting a valuable community asset that has been enjoyed by generations since the Club's formation over 60 years ago and over 100 years in the case of the cricket section.

How you can play your part
Our vision is to be an inclusive club at the heart of the community pursuing sporting excellence and helping young people realise their potential on and off the field. Our core values are respect, inclusion, integrity, teamwork and unity. The Club has helped many young people over the years find an outlet in sport, build lasting bonds of friendship, develop personal confidence and valuable real life skills in team work, leadership and communication. Our rugby and cricket teams have enjoyed past successes at a national level with our under 16 and under rugby sides reaching national finals in the past two years and our cricket team enjoying promotion to the top tier of the West of Scotland league last year. We want to continue to build on this success.

There are four simple ways to help us reach our target, and make this project a reality.

3. Offer rewards. Get involved if you are a local business by donating things we can offer to our supporters. We will give you a shout out!
