Recorded on the floor of Galloping Ghost Arcade on 10/19/2018. I set out to beat the long-standing score from the Twin Galaxies database of 2,269,200 set by Donn Nauert on 2/2/1988.

I know that in some circles, Twin Galaxies gets a decent amount of hate based on their past and number of likely false/highly questionable scores. While I consider this particular score to be very good and legit, I don't consider TG to be the final word on high scores.

There are Japanese scores higher than mine and I totally recognize this, although the Japan version of the game does have differences and is slightly easier for the first 3 loops (based on replays I've seen).

Apologies for the slight signal "noise" that can be seen in the feed, I noticed some waviness and it not looking like perfectly clean throughout the video. Also the volume is quite low, so please turn up your volume. :)

I may do a commentated replay of this video to share some of the finer details and scoring techniques I had to use...but for now, enjoy the gameplay and thank you very much for watching!
