In the weekend video, we're going to scan for stocks that are officially in oversold territory while in an uptrend, and have a potential momentum catalyst in high short interest.

For our oversold condition, we'll be using the Edge Signals indicator that we have. If you don't have access to the Edge Signals scan, you can also use a substitute for an oversold/overbought indicator, such as the RSI, Stochastics and/or the VScore.

Once we have the list of stocks, we'll use our Short Interest scanner to filter by highest short interest and work our way down. This helps in speeding up the process to less than a second, and work through large lists much quicker. If you don't have access to the Volatility Box platform, you can also find short interest on the TD Ameritrade website on a stock-by-stock basis.

With both of those criteria, we narrow our list down to 5 stocks with an Edge Signal (oversold), in an overall bullish Market Pulse (uptrend), and high short interest.
