In this video we install a full set of skid plates from RCI Offroad. This set of skids includes the engine skid, the transmission skid and the transferase skid for a full underbelly protection solution for your truck. These skids are built with laser cut 3/16″ steel.

The engine skid plate protects the front two cross-members, the low hanging front differential, radiator, and oil pan. Both the engine skid and transmission skid offer service openings for easy service and oil/fluid changes without removal. The engine skid has reinforced edges between cross-members for maximum strength and rigidity. The engine skid also offers bolt protector rings that surround the exposed bolts, shielding against physical damage. These skids feature a smooth, flat surface that easily slides over obstacles. We showcased the black powder coat option on this install for a rust resistant, durable and high quality finish.
