Do agree that with the stereotype that older people are boring? Are we really set in our ways and doomed to live repetitive, isolated and, frankly, boring, lives? Are we hesitant to try new things and make new friends? Of course not!

In this video, I'd like to challenge the idea that older people are boring. But, at the same time, I will put into context the reasons that other generations think we are set in our ways... and explain why our conservatism may actually be a good thing, in many ways.

Finally, I will offer some suggestions for bringing more excitement into your life, if you feel that this is missing.
