Toe Taps
Side to Side Stability Jump
Up & Over KNee Ups
Front-Side Knee Drives - remember to do BOTH LEGS
Hop Squat
Bosu Burpee
Plank Jacks
Hop Scotch - remember to do BOTH LEGS
The Twister

Do each of these exercises for 10 seconds and REALLY PUSH yourself! Go hard for those 10 and then take a 10 second rest before starting the next exercise. When you have completed the circuit take a 1 minute break before starting the second round. If you are really pushing yourself and giving 110% you are going to be spent at the end of round three . . . and that is what we are after right?!
