How I Measure the Angle the Factory has Sharpened a Knife? Watch This!!

How I use my guided sharpening system to check how well the factory did with sharpening the knives that I buy. I have been finding a HUGE degree of variability in how well knives get sharpened and it isn't really a factor of the cost, well within knives that cost under $65USD anyway, and even some knives that cost more.
