How to get Apple CarPlay on ANY 2016 Ford (Mustang, Focus, Fiesta, Transit etc)

Ford switched up the USB ports they sell. Now there are two different ports for Mustang or Focus and the rest of Fords. The non mustang/focus ones are a little more expensive now. Links below:
