What do you get when you cross a 1950s dress pattern with a sewing challenge? One stylish and fun WalkAway dress! Watch as I take on the challenge and make this dress in less than three hours. You can do it too - just follow my simple steps!

In this video, I take on the Sewing Challenge: can you make a dress in less than three hours? I walk away with a pretty 1950s dress pattern, Butterick 6015.

If you're looking for an easy sewing project, or just want to see how fast you can sew something together, this video is for you! ‪@StephanieCanada‬ put out a challenge to the YouTube sewing community to see if you can do what this 1952 pattern by Butterick claims, to be able to "start the dress after breakfast and "walk away" in it by lunch." Which is also where the phrase was coined, WalkAway dress.
