Lima/Butter Beans Recipe
2 lbs Smoked Ham Hocks
2 lbs Lima Beans
Fresh Thyme
2 Tsp Creole Seasoning
2 Tsp Black Pepper
4-6 Cups of Water Enough to Cover Ham Hocks
1 Yellow Onion
3-4 Garlic Cloves Minced
Add additional Chicken Broth to Simmer when Beans and Ham Hocks are added together
