COZY WINTER DAY VLOG ⛄ first snow, getting monetized, DIY Advent Wreath & baking carrot cake

Hello my friends and welcome to another vlog!
Today is a very special day, because we are celebrating Advent 2022, I got monetized, and we have a first snow this winter in Germany!
So many reasons to be happy and joyful!
To celebrate all these beautiful events, I decided to bake a gluten free carrot cake!
Also, for the first time ever, I decided to make an Advent Wreath! It was a lot of fun, hope you like it how it turned out!

Carrot cake recipe:
3 eggs
200 gr Almond flour
200 gr shredded carrots
75 gr Quark
50 gr Butter
50 gr of Hazelnuts or Almonds, cut in little pieces (or as I did it, throw it in a blender)
80 gr Erythrite ( you can also make it with real sugar, I guess 50-60 grams should be enough, but I never made it with real sugar, so I'm not sure about the amount)
1 Baking Powder
a little bit of salt
Bake for around 45 minutes and enjoy the healthy cake!!!
