With Wisp Prime access comes another set of Riven balance passes. Unfortunately, the disposition system is in dire need of an update as it becomes infuriating with new gear releasing dead on arrival for Min Max and riven building. Something needs to change and we need Dispos removed entirely or have a new format to update them accordingly.
