Shell technique with maxgraft® cortico

Описание к видео Shell technique with maxgraft® cortico

maxgraft® cortico is a prefabricated human bone strut from acellular cortical bone from the femur diaphysis that can be used for the shell technique. The concept of the shell technique is the preparation of a biological container, which creates the necessary space for the full incorporation of particulate bone grafting material to rebuild new bone for dental implant placement.
As particulate bone grafting material xenogeneic (e.g., cerabone®), allogeneic (e.g., maxgraft® granules) or autologous bone can be used. (https://botiss-dental.com/products/ma...)

cerabone® is a 100% pure bone mineral of bovine origin manufactured by a unique 1200 °C production process. Due to its volume stability it supports a long-term stable outcome when used in block grafting. (https://1200trust.com/)

maxgraft® granules are allograft bone substitute from human donor bone, processed by the Cells+Tissuebank Austria and available in cancellous and cortico-cancellous form. Due to its preserved collagen content it serves as a scaffold for natural bone regeneration and has the potential of complete remodeling into patients’ own bone. In contrast to the Khoury technique (use of autogenous bone plates), with the shell technique of maxgraft® cortico, surgery time is reduced by using allogenic cortical struts.
