A visit to only private zoo in Nagaland

The only zoo in Kohima, the much needed zoo in the capital city of Nagaland. There are limited fun places in the hilly slopes of Kohima and this zoo provides a relief space and pleasant atmospheres both for young and old especially during weekends.

Zoo direction: At High school find the old BRO/GRIEF camp opposite to Vishal, follow the unpaved vehicular road that leads to the west for around 1.5 km then you'll reach your destination down there. Look out for a small board on the right. You can also acess from tha IG stadium-T khel model village connecting road at lower High school colony.
