To clarify, the speed booster won't "magically" change the aperture of your lens. But it will restore the full frame field of view, and concentrates the "full frame image" on to your APS-C sensor, giving you an extra stop of light.
And I understand the clear difference between F stops and T stops, as well as the fact that the speed booster is merely restoring the original full frame image that the lens is capable of producing.
However, the only other way to get this much bokeh and field of view on an APS-C sensor (without the help of a speed booster) is to shoot with a ~35mm ~f/0.9 lens, which is a lens that simply does not exist.
I had no clue I would get so many arguments about this. If I knew, I would have made it much more clear in the presentation of the video.

*** The Roxsen Speed Booster cannot focus to infinity due to the glass actually hitting the back of the lens at around 5-10m focus distance (only on selected lenses). This might be a deal breaker for you.
