Breakfast muffins:
* Preheat oven to 375 degrees
* 1 tbsp flaxseed
* 2.5 tbsp water
* 1/4 cup oil
* 1 mashed very ripe banana
* 1 sweet apple, finely grated
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 1/2 tsp sea salt
* 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
* 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
* 1/2 cup plain almond milk, unsweetened
* 1 cup grated carrot
* 2/3 cup gluten-free rolled oats
* 1 cup flour
* 1/4 cup walnuts
* Cook for 20-30 mins and sit in tray for another 15mins once removed

Smoothie:
* Garden of Life
* Almond milk

Garden Burrito:
* wrap
* protein of choice: black beans, quinoa
* Greens, corn, red peppers, avocado
* Dressing

Apples + Peanut Butter

Shrimps + Greens
* 6 pieces of Shrimp
* Tony’s Seasoning
* 1/2 sweet onion
* Black pepper
* Greens, green onions, corn
