Ingredients (Serves 4):

Garlic cream:
12 cloves garlic, peeled
500g water
Place the garlic cloves into the water and bring up to a boil
Boil for 10 minutes then strain
Transfer the cooked garlic into a container and blend with 100g of water

Garlic chips
3 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced thinly
Add 75g of olive oil into a pan, place the garlic cloves into the oil at room temperature
Cook on medium heat, removing the garlic once it starts to turn golden brown

Garlic cloves
32 small Thai garlic cloves, or 8 cloves, quartered
To the same pan with the leftover olive oil, shallow fry the garlic cloves till golden brown
add in 1 tsp chilli flakes, toast for 1 minute, then add the garlic cream in
Add in cooked Naturel Organic Spaghetti, with 1 cup of pasta water
Allow the spaghetti to finish cooking in the sauce, adding more pasta water as needed
Season to taste with salt
