Описание к видео Small Batch Strawberry Jam | No Pectin Required | Makes 2 cups of jam.

Made with fresh or frozen strawberries this jam uses the natural pectin of the berries. You can freeze it or keep it in the fridge for up to 5-6 months.
Ingredients:
4 - 5 cups of cleaned, sliced strawberries. This is approximately two pounds of strawberries or 2 pints.
2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice.

Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir and allow to bubble for 30-35 minutes or until it has stopped foamy and has reduced and thickened. To test for doneness coat the back of a spoon with jam and run your finger through it. If the jam stays put, doesn't run, it is done.

Pour into 2 one cup (1/2 pint) jars, add lid and refrigerate or freeze.
