BDO PVP | Awakening Witch | Magical Shield

Buffs to Awakening Witch combined with the mind focus lightstone set and new crystals enable a defensive caster build around front line disruption.

Build explanation: Awakening witch is a bombing class with heals meaning it needs enough defensive stats to survive damage on the initial engage. Awakening witch does not need accuracy due to pet passives and high skill accuracy passives allowing you to reach up to 50% accuracy on some skills. Your lowest is probably going to be fissure wave so I would take accuracy up for a skill addon.

Mind Focus Lightstone set combined with the pet allows you to reach between 3k and 3.5k effective mp so using the additional 25% damage reduction from magical shield is easily doable. When you run low on mp you can then use the magnus skill which will regen an additional 2k mp. Artifacts are situational depending on the type of build/fight.

For evasion you run a typical evasion offhand and can decide between centaur belt for tankiness or an ap belt such as tungrad or debo belt. I prefer tungrad since Awakening witch works fairly well as a bsr class.

For the newer defensive dr build you want to run nouver and narcs with 2 crescents although you can swap for cadry rings if you want to trade damage for defensive stats. You can also run 2 pen forest ronaros rings for a budget version of the build albeit this will be outclassed by other builds as you gear up and you'll still want ap rings for pve anyway. This build probably would not work at all without the extra dr you get from bitterness crystals and han hoom crystals.
