DIY TV Lift Cabinet - Build for End of Bed & Against Walls

My DIY TV lift cabinet includes a fully electric mechanism and it’s perfect for the end of the bed as a footboard, or up against a wall. Unfortunately, these are not available from Ikea so the cheapest way to get a TV cabinet with a lift in your bedroom is to build one yourself – DIY style with your own plans.

If you’re not building the cabinet for the end of the bed as a footboard, and instead putting it up against a wall, ensure you add panelling to the front (not the back) of the TV cabinet.
