For over 20 years, I’ve dedicated my life to adaptive reuse and regenerative placemaking — revitalizing old buildings, re-energizing neighborhoods, and weaving community, history, and nature into the fabric of our cities. From South Beach’s Art Deco preservation to Providence’s Arcade Mall conversion, the most sustainable cities of the future will be those that honor the past while creating regenerative, human-centered places to live, work, and thrive.
