The Greasebuster® is an innovative solution that removes fats, oils and grease from wastewater tanks and industrial effluent systems. The Greasebuster® uses a specially treated hydrophobic belt which attracts non-polar liquids such as fats, oils and greases whilst rejecting water. The Greasebuster® can be sited on a reception tank and the belt which is continuously rotating just below the water level removes any surface materials. The free phase surface FOG's are recovered whilst the of waste water overflow is returned to the source tank. This is a very popular solution for the food industry as it is very robust and reliable. The removal of very solid FOG's sets this product apart from other oil skimmers
