hello and welcome 2 my channel, i’m mostly just gonna be posting subs for guys (specifically trans guys) but there will be a few neutral ones. this is just to help w my transition and i figured others might want these subs. i use a super simple formula and absolutely no negative affirmations. all my affs are looped, sped up, and recorded in my own voice. i’m testing out my subs on myself and i will update when i see changes
