Welcome to our second episode in the vibrant town of Blackpool! Starting on Church Street, just a stone's throw from the iconic Blackpool Tower, we embark on a delightful exploration of this charming town. Strolling past a variety of shops and cafes, we make our way to the historic square that houses the Opera House, the Winter Gardens, and the beautiful St. John's Church.

After taking in the sights of the church and Opera House, we delve into the magnificent Winter Gardens Blackpool. This historical gem boasts stunning architecture and a rich history. Inside the entrance lobby, known as the Opera House Circle and Balcony Stalls, we admire the beautiful dome and the statue of the legendary comedy duo, Morecambe and Wise.

Continuing through the corridors, we catch glimpses of the stalls and make our way towards the Empress Ballroom. Although an event prevents us from entering, we head out through the south gate, passing by the Empress Coffee Bar and Bistro, and exit onto Coronation and Victoria Streets.

Our journey then leads us to the bustling Houndshill Shopping Centre, a hub of activity with a plethora of shops and eateries. After exploring the vibrant shopping scene, we exit through Adelaide Street and head towards the beach, concluding our delightful 20-minute walking tour of Blackpool.
