Just received my Samsung Bespoke Jet AI back from the official Czech service center (FAST ČR a.s.), and unfortunately, the problems have only gotten worse. I sent the vacuum in mainly because the AI mode kept randomly switching suction power regardless of the floor surface. They replaced the vacuum head, but the AI function still doesn’t work as it should.

What’s even more frustrating, though, is that the vacuum stick now has a new issue: it doesn’t fit properly onto the main body when trying to attach it. There is noticeable resistance and misalignment, making it difficult to put together and take apart. It never did this before the repair. The service returned the unit with the new head installed, claimed in the report that the device is fine, and even noted “WRONG ISSUE REPORTED BY CUSTOMER!!!” as if trying to dismiss the main problems.

For a vacuum that cost approximately €1,330 (33,000 CZK), this is completely unacceptable. The repair didn’t fix the original AI mode malfunction, and now the vacuum stick is harder to use due to poor fitment. Really disappointing experience with both Samsung and the authorized Czech service.
