101 True Digital Park has of 2 main sections. East Side and West Side. East side consists of shopping, dining, office & community together, placemaking well-being & enjoyment to share time, featuring Hillside Town, green space, running track & 101 Garden. While West side is mainly office for start up, co-working space and learning center.

Covering 30,000 square meters, 101 True Digital Park is a lifestyle venue that includes a wide array of functional and retail spaces that caters to everyday essentials. The lifestyle space is consisted of four main zones as the following.
1. 101 Park – Greenery is scattered across 5,000 square meters of space inside and outside of the complex. The area is designed in harmony with the local nature to restore the original ecosystem surrounding the venue. An expansive lawn can be converted into an activity ground for all types of events.
2. Hillside Town – This highlights a retail space that focuses on creating a unique shopping and tasting experience in a small yet charming town amid the hills. Wandering across the curving slopes surrounding a stunning ambience, explore lifestyle products and food of various types spread throughout the alleys and corners.
3. 24-Hour Street – Because city life never stops, the 24-Hour Street zone is dedicated to the boundless lifestyle. On a street that never sleeps, the space is surrounded by arrays of conveniences, such as restaurants, coffee shops, mini marts, and various services.
4. 101 Track – Thailand’s first soaring, multi-level biking and running lane stretches across 1.3 kilometers. From Punnawithi BTS station onto the inside of the complex, the belt provides runners and cyclists with a cool and spacious atmosphere as well as scenic views surrounding the project.
