According to reports, in Mogok, where the military council and the Ta'ang National Liberation Army - TNLA continue to compete for control, local residents protested against China’s intervention in the conflict between the military council and the allied revolutionary forces (Resistance forces). The people of Mogok expressed their stance by banging pots and pans throughout the city, showing strong unity and determination. In a separate development, actress Academy Phway Phway and actor Alinn Yaung were arrested by the military council because they refused to participate in the regime’s election propaganda campaign.

Meanwhile, in Phyu Township, Bago Region, the military council gyrocopters troops attack the village of Man Kyae Kone Taung, dying civilians despite there being no fighting in the area. On their return flight, one of the two gyrocopters reportedly crashed.
