Recently I have made a poll in my stories to find out whether people are working on weekends often: Yes / No. The majority of those who have responded chose the option ‘Yes’.
Well , during the last 5 years I was often working overtime on weekends inclusive and have collected a wide experience in this habit. Apparently, now I have changed my mind and I am trying to stop doing this - working on weekends. And I am putting a huge effort on improving my work life balance and going to share my work life balance tips with you.
Stress management is vital if you want to be an efficient project manager. What is more, project management requires attention to the work life balance in business ethics as not only you could be involved in the carousel. I am going to give you my work life balance case study and examples; and will tell you why I try not to work on weekends.
