Ok I had to do this one. Hmm If your a coffee fan you will probably love it. Indians normally have been doing this anyways with hot milk. Dalgona coffee is the same but with cold coffeee. This hardly took me 5/6 mins in all to put together. And most of the ingredients are mostly available at home. The only tedious job is to whisk the coffee. But if u can find a quicker way for eg using a cake beater ;) its quicker and convenient.

Recipe for quick easy Dalgona Coffee

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoon Coffee powder ( I used TGL.co - The good life) ( u can use any like Nescafe, etc)
2 Tablespoon Sugar. ( The sugar granules i used were quite large so they took really long to melt. Even when the coffee was assembled u cud see the granules. The good thing about it was that u could taste the goodness gradually while drinking it. ) But otherwise it didnt matter
2 Tablespoon Hot water. ( Just a hot water kettle)
250 ml or less milk
Ice cubes.
Additionally I drizzled a little cocoa powder on top. U can add chocolate shavings or try a bit of nutella. This is optional if u feel like experimenting.

The above ingredients makes 2 small glasses of servings. U can increase the quantity accoridngly. Remember all the 3 ingredients should be in equal quantities ie, Coffee = Sugar = boiling water.

How to:
Whisk the coffee, sugar and hot water together. U can keep mixing it with a hand whisk or a faster beater till u get a peak like consistency.
Then take some ice cubes and any milk. (I used lactose free milk in this video) But u can take any milk.
Fill the glass 3/4 with milk or as desired and top it with the coffee mixture.
U can then drizzle chocolate or cocoa powder. This is not a compulsion.

U can also do this with hot milk instead of ice cubes and chilled milk. But i like the chilled version better. It melts in your mouth and feels more like a dessert.
