We will utilize the universities of higher learning agencies within the country to teach the students to pay them while they’re being taught this new renewable energy facilities industry.
And they will, hands-on and online, have classes and teach the entire global community this same new technology being produced, not just for the Iraqi citizens who will achieve many new community entrepreneurship programs but those in and around the entire Middle East, which will spread throughout the entire globe.

Now, within the United States, especially in Arizona, California, Texas, and the border areas, have an enormous immigration problem. They need these new facilities, these renewable energy facilities that run on renewable energy and can be removed from place to place without being hooked up and operate on its own energy, without being hooked up with any local power source. And run all the applications inside this facility. To be utilized by the government officials within the country.
