In this tulingan recipe, the bones can be eaten.
Ingredients:
1 kilo Tulingan (cleaned and innards removed)
1 tbsp. coarse salt (add 1/2 more if you like it a little salty)
2 cups water (you can also substitute water with softdrinks like sprite or 7up
1 cup vinegar
------traditionally coconut vinegar is used but any type of vinegar will do
garlic, ginger, pepper
You can also add other spices of your choice...
