Do you use, or have you ever used a TENS machine? 😆

I love a good TENS machine. At home we have a Compex 6.0. My wife uses this regularly for her chronic pain. This version of a TENS machine is expensive, however there are much cheaper options.

What is TENS?

Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) is a method of pain relief involving the use of a mild electrical current. 💥💥

A TENS machine is a small, battery-operated device that has leads connected to sticky pads called electrodes. 😯 ✅ ✅

TENS has been shown to be safe and effective at reducing pain. TENS should be considered as an adjunct to treatment for pain, regardless of the medical diagnosis.

This study confirms my fondness for a TENS machine. 😃

My Sock of the week is the Stance SLEIGHED. I love the black, green red combo in this sock. The white flick is also a feature of this sock, which I initially thought was fluff from a tissue going through the wash...These will go well with my black shoes. 😆💯

My Stock of the week is Actinogen Medical Limited (ACW). I have a strong liking for this company and its work, however I'm not sure about it as an investment for the long term future. 🤷‍♂️ 🤓

My Shoe of the week is the Jordan 1 Patent Bred. This is a striking original Jordan silhouette made of patent (shiny) leather in the colour of black and red (Bred). 😌

I like the idea of this shoe, but not sure about wearing them and getting them dirty. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ 😂

My Jock of the week is LeBron James. LeBron is an American NBA player who is about to surpass Kareem Abdul-Jabbar for the most points ever scored in the NBA. He has approximately 90 points to go, so he should reach the record within two weeks time. 😆💯
