ingredients:

-8-9 baby potatoes
-4 tbsp olive oil
-salt to taste
-1/2 tsp black pepper
-1 tsp oregano
-1 tsp paprika powder
-2 sliced garlic cloves
-half broccoli
-6-7 sliced cherry tomatoes
-3 eggs
-chopped parsley


Recipe:

-cut the baby potatoes into half, add the potatoes to a pan or baking sheet.
-drizzle on olive oil, season with salt and black pepper, oregano and paprika.
-mix well, place in the oven for 12 minutes at 420F-215C.
-broccoli, broken into florets.
-stir potatoes, and continue cooking on stove, add the sliced garlic and broccoli with cherry tomatoes and mix.
-make small wells, crack the eggs into each well. cook the eggs for 3-4 minutes.
-or until the eggs are done.
-garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
