Hello friends welcome to my channel, My name is Akash Prajapati, Today's topic is Urine Crystal test.
When there are too many minerals in a person's urine, crystals start forming in the urine. This is the reason why all healthy individuals have crystals in their urine which are formed due to high amount of protein or vitamins. This often happens in the kidneys. However, most of the time it is not harmful. Too much mineral formation can turn these crystals into stones.

Usually, in this condition, the signs and symptoms do not appear properly until these stones become large. When this happens, in many cases these stones can pass out of the body naturally, while in some cases some medical intervention may be required to remove the stone.

Symptoms of urine crystals:-
Blood in urine
Nausea
Pain in the left or right side of the lower back
Frequent urge to urinate
Difficulty in passing urine
Burning sensation while urinating
Pain and discomfort in the pelvis
Foamy urine
Strong smell from urine
If infection has occurred due to stone, then fever can also occur

Causes of urine crystals:-
Urine crystals start forming when excessive amount of minerals are present in the urine and when the amount of these crystals increases, they turn into stones. In fact, different types of urine crystals are formed due to different reasons.

Sometimes, crystals can form in the urine due to too much amount of protein or salt in the body. Not drinking enough fluids can lead to dehydration and in this situation urine crystals can be a problem.

In some cases, an underlying health condition can also cause urine crystals.
