How to lift a Hmmwv

I've found better ideas for securing the fuel tank, adding rubber spacers/blocks on top of tank and then tightening the strap bolts will hold it firmly in place and wont require zip ties anymore. Also I was able to adjust the shifter enough for park to engage and lock the wheels, just takes a little time adjusting the shifter till it all works. transfer case shifter didn't need any adjustments it all worked with stock settings.
Also buying the grade 8 bolts online can be MUCH cheaper than what I paid at local hardware stores, so shop around and you can probably do this job for less than $150
Another note after the fact, the left rear parking brake sleeve (around the actual cable) gets a bit tighter when you lift the truck, this causes it to pull on the caliper and can make it get hotter than normal because it is not free floating as much as it should be, unbolt the sleeve mount to free it up some
