In states like California, Spanish fluency quietly became an unofficial job requirement. That excluded Black Americans from their own labor market. This was not diversity. It was displacement.

This conversation is uncomfortable because it exposes a truth that cuts across politics and identity. Enforcing the law is not anti immigrant. It is pro American worker. A nation that cannot protect its labor force is not sovereign.

Trump’s enforcement push is restoring balance. Returning jobs to citizens and legal residents is not extreme. It is the bare minimum duty of a government to its people.
