👉 The lottery for flats under the Atal Nagar Residential Scheme, located at Devpur Para and promoted by the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA), will be held on 8th and 9th January, 2026.

👉 The lottery draw will be organized at Mercury Hall, Indira Gandhi Pratishthan, where the draw slips will be taken out in the presence of applicants through a fully transparent process.

👉 The Atal Nagar Residential Scheme, launched at Devpur Para, consists of 15 towers ranging from 12 to 19 floors, with a total of 2,496 flats.
Out of these:

1,832 flats are 1 BHK

664 flats are 2 BHK

👉 The flat sizes range from 30 sq. meters to 54.95 sq. meters, and prices start from ₹9.82 lakh.

👉 Under this affordable housing scheme, LDA has also provided lift facilities. In addition, the project offers:

Clean drinking water supply

Electricity supply with power backup

Security arrangements

Green areas and kids’ play areas

Adequate parking facilities

👉 On the occasion of the New Year, Lucknow Development Authority is going to open registration under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).
Earlier, 2,256 flats built in Sharda Nagar Extension were allotted through a lottery.

👉 Out of these, 185 flats became vacant due to refunds, and these flats will now be re-allotted through a fresh lottery.
For this purpose, online registration will be open from 1st January to 31st January, 2026.
