Quick, easy and so delicious Cherry Clafoutis, it has soft and creamy texture that just melts in your mouth. It's the easiest cherry dessert you will ever make. Great idea for breakfast.

Ingredients:
1 egg
55g/ ¼ cup sugar
½ orange zest
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp almond extract
155g/ 2/3 cup milk (full cream)
155g/ 2/3 cup cream (33-35% fat)
40g/ ¼ cup flour
500g cherries, pitted (fresh or frozen)
If you use frozen cherries bring them out from the freezer to thaw, 30 min before using.
Tin/oven dish size: 23 cm – butter the dish and sprinkle with 1 tbsp of sugar.
Bake in the oven 180C/350F for 45 min. Cool for 10 min and dust with icing sugar. Serve warm. Enjoy!
