😵‍💫 how i (try to) care for 200+ plants with ADHD 😵‍💫 / repot & chat #08

I've been wanting to do this one for a few months now, but since I've been going back and forth with my psychiatrist for awhile, I wasn't quite ready to talk about it yet just in case another diagnosis came back. But I finally got my official diagnosis this year and thought it was the right time since I know there are a lot of fellow ADHD'ers on this channel! I know living with it can feel like a burden often times, but I hope watching this video can maybe bring some comfort or at least a few new tools that have helped me manage this hobby.

And if anyone else with ADHD has any suggestions on how to take care of your plant collection, please feel free to chime in!
