After doing a little espresso research, I was able to find find Federico Fellini's 1979 movie 'Orchestra Rehearsal' at Le Video movie rental in San Francisco. They have it in both DVD and VHS. I couldn't find it at NetFlix. Here is a clip including the "Fellini Maneuver" or "Fellini Move" which is about 35 minutes into the movie. There is another 15-second clip somewhere on YouTube that has the exact moment where the barkeeper is actually doing the maneuver. Just search for it by typing in Fellini Move.

Dr Jim over at Home-Barista.com says, "Here's a shot of the Barista and his 4-group side-lever Gaggia - note that the number 3 group is apparently jammed with its lever forward, a very common problem with these machines due to uneven piston wear - also note the grinder full of 'North Italian' roast - a decent cinnamon color, not the inky black beans sold to Americans as 'espresso roast.'"

Anyhow, this clip is when the orchestra takes a break and heads over to the bar. You'll see several shots of the machine in the background.
