🍥CALI CUKE BITES:
6 oz Crab Classic, Flake Style
1 avocado, firm but ripe, finely diced
1/4 cup very finely chopped carrot
1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
2 English cucumbers
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp wasabi paste
1 tsp lemon juice
black sesame seeds for garnish

🥭MANGO & BLACK BEAN SALSA
1 large mango, diced, divided* (about 1 3/4 cups)
3 tbsp Fresh lime juice
3 Tbsp Water
2 Tbsp Olive oil
½ tsp Ground cumin
½ tsp kosher salt
1 can of black beans 15 oz, drained and rinsed
1 cup diced fresh tomato
½ cup chopped red onion
½ cup chopped red pepper
¼ cup cilantro fresh, cut into thin slivers

🍹Malibu Barbie Cocktail
2 oz Coconut Rum (like Malibu)
4 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Cranberry Juice
Splash of grenadine
Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry for garnish
Directions: Half fill hurricane glass with ice. Add juices and rum and stir. Garnish with 🍍🍒
