Francis Ford Coppola is inarguably one of the most iconic film directors of the last fifty years. Consider the films that are his undisputed masterpieces: The Godfather Trilogy; Apocalypse Now; American Graffiti; Patton; and so many more. Who hasn't seen and been awed by The Godfather films? Or Apocalypse Now? Or American Graffiti?

Hollywood film historian and scholar Sam Wasson, called "one of the great chroniclers of Hollywood lore," by Janet Maslin in the New York Times, dives into the question of who is Francis Ford Coppola, and why and how he captured the world's imagination as he has. In his new book, The Path to Paradise, Wasson's many interviews with Coppola and his total access to Coppola's archives reveal an audacious genius and visionary whose family life is inseparable from his many pursuits-- in film and elsewhere.

In conversation with screenwriter/director/novelist Graham Moore. Graham is an Academy Award-winning screenwriter, whose script, The Imitation Game, was also awarded a Writers Guild Award, and nominated for many others. His film, The Outfit, which he co-wrote and directed, was nominated for a British Independent Film Award. He's a bestselling novelist, and his books include his acclaimed The Last Days of Night and The Holdout.
